How To Select A Cleaning Professional
It's amazing how hard it can be to choose the right cleaning professional. Many people think that carpet cleaning is all the same. This couldn't be further from the truth.
Tip One: Choosing a company solely by price doesn't work. The truth is when we invest wisely, we get what we pay for. Call the cheapest company you can find and I'll wager you get a big sales pitch with a little bit of cleaning. It only makes sense the cheapest company has to cut costs by using cheap cleaning agents, cheap cleaning equipment, and cheap personnel spending as little time possible cleaning your carpet. Is that really going to remove all the contaminants, oils, dirt, and sand from your carpet? If not, then the lowest priced company isn't a bargain at all!
*** Another good point to consider is the low price your see advertized might not be the price you pay.
Tip Two: Which method is better? Most cleaners will have a one step approach to all problems. Since every cleaning is different, we have the right tools for all situations. You will love our truck mounted fast drying thoroughly cleaned carpets.
Tip Three: Cleaning the carpet yourself is a waste of money and time. Sure you can rent a small plug in machine or buy one, but how much of those contaminants do you think it'll really get out? Can it pull sand deep within the carpet and clean off both oil and water soluble soils? If those plastic underpowered machines cleaned one tenth as good as my state of the art system, I would never have spent the money on real equipment and saved myself a small fortune.
